Shannon Penrod is a recovering actress/stand-up comedienne. She holds an MFA in acting from the National Theatre Conservatory and spent many years as a performer and an award-winning comic. Shannon rarely performs now unless it is her one-woman show, The Autism Mamalogues. She LOVES to speak though and can be booked to speak to your group, large or small!

Shannon Penrod was born in Puerto Rico, as an airforce brat. She spent most of her childhood and teen years in Saratoga Springs, NY. She holds a BA in Theatre from the State University of New York and an MFA in Acting from The National Theatre Conservatory.
